Does anybody know how and with what program / software can i create FIFA 11 "TV POPUP'S" , not scoreboards but "TV POPUP'S" and also if you know how to insert them in FIFA 11 18-19 or 19-20 update ?

And i have a question to , where can i find for download FIFA MASTER tools pack for FIFA 11
and the MONKEY DRAGON tool pack ?

I've been a FIFA SERIES editor for a few years. As you are making a likely remake of FIFA 20 (in fifa 11), I think you learned that COPA LIBERTADORES will be in the game on a dlc. I am willing to help with anything. Squads, Minifaces and overals are my specialties..
I believe that your patch model does not include "additional" things (other leagues, others contrys). However I would accept to edit according to your will. And if you "want" me to make a Brazilian league, complete I'm here. (Brazil or Argntina or Colombia full league)

Good news. I notice a lot of interesting things. I would like to ask if the World Cup will be on the calendar during the season or will it be a separate tournament?
