I've tried changing "starratingboundaries" in DB master so that an overall rating of as low as 20 would deliver two stars to any given team, but it doesn't reflect in the game or in CM (teams with ovr under 60 still have half a star) I'm not sure if it has to do with my DB Master being actually for FIFA 15 version.
It is true that created teams with more than 1.5 stars (even if the overall is lower than 60) would have their anthem played (unless they play a low starred team). The only way i've found is raising the overall rating for real (thus making all the minor NTs stronger) but that would completely denaturalize the game.
Then, I also noticed that when teams are from the same confederation, the anthems would play if a half-starred team plays a created 1.5+ team, but if they are from different confederations, it will have to be a factory team otherwise anthems wont play
Ie: Antigua and Barbuda vs Haiti (1.5+) (Anthems played), Antigua and Barbuda vs Tanzania (1.5+)(anthems not played), Antigua and Barbuda vs British Virgin Islands (-0.5) (anthems not played), Antigua and Barbuda vs Brazil (anthems played)
When it happens they sound really beautiful !
