I just saw this post when I was looking for whether I uploaded the Serie A referee kits I converted. I never responded. First of all, all of your textures are accessible already because you release them for Fifa 16... therefore, you place them in an rx3 container which anyone can open and extract from. We went through this last year, remember. I gave you credit for the textures and you asked that I first gain permission. I said that because you released the pngs to the public (in rx3's) I did not owe you more that credit for having made them. You then said I misunderstood, and that you were, in fact, acknowledging my having given credit. I thought we had an understanding: if you release your textures to the public, the most that is owed to you is credit for the work. So, if I were to release the textures and give you proper credit for them, I would have followed the universally accepted ethical guidelines of referencing. Did you not ever write a research paper? ... it is necessary to acknowledge the source of either the quote or idea from which you obtained the content of your own paper. Right? That is giving credit to the author, and not engaging in plagiarism. The author could not then write me and say, "I ask that you please not quote my book." It would be ridiculous because he has published his work for all to see. This is no different to my mind. I adapted your textures, and could then post them without having been unethical as long as I did not fail to reference you as the source. Either way, the point is mute... I never even published the textures!!! You either don't understand English well enough to comprehend, or you are confused. If anything you should be glad I did not just publish fbmods with your work and claim it as my own, which is what most people are doing these days. By not releasing textures they get away with it. Jesus grant me patience to deal with such deficiency in logic.
