Guys, some interesting news. I downloaded the XBOX 360 version of FIFA16 & managed to export some Legends commentary soundbanks. I've then imported them into the eng_us.big file and they work ingame! I would need to find the XBOX 360 versions of Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese & Mexican Commentary. I have all the European ones.

Robbie, friend. Any chance to use Polish Commentary of Legends from Fifa 16 XBOX for my PC Fifa 14 ?

If world cup 2014 commentary doesn't work for FIFA16, I don't think the other way around is possible, either. You could always try FIFA14 XBOX 360 PL commentary!
BTW, another update from me. I've imported two soundbank filesets of .sbs & .sbr - one called "legends" & the other "legends_dlc". From decompressing the debug file, "legends" are the players callnames when they receive the ball & "legends_dlc" are the shooting callnames (when main commentator yells in anticipation of a shot) & colour commentary lines (player details).
However, despite having added these files, I only have 1 player's possession call name - Franz Beckenbauer & no-one else. There are callnames for Maradona, Matthäus, Pele, Baresi, but none of them are called ingame. I wonder if there are commentary codes that I have to use to trigger them?

This is from FIFA14 XBOX? Then it depends if some players were only added from FIFA15 onwards...

This is Xbox 360 commentary dlc for legends converted to PC Fifa 14.
How did the commentary get converted to PC? I've had a look and the commentary files in FIFA16 are PS4 format. So this is why the Legends players aren't being called under XBOX 360 commentary files.

I don't remember who converted this commentary.

Hmm, the only thing I can see is that the 14 files were taken from JTAG X360 version - not NTSC/PAL. I could test the files from JTAG version, but I have no idea how one is different from the other.
@barcafan11 @fifayoun ?? Any ideas how to convert Legends' commentary?
