I had to re-install my FIFA because I got a new PC. Stupidly, I forgot to backup my heads-folder with minifaces. Is it possible someone shares (or sends me) the full heads-folder with all minifaces (default and updated ones from FIFA 20) extracted from Nintendo switch so I dont need to find and download every single miniface-update? I know about GIGAmod but I prefer the EA ones.

The hair models can be converted but as is with boots they have an issue with animation that cause corruption in game. Maybe we will have to wait until FIFA 21.

I believe there is also an updated face for Luis Suarez on PC that never came to Switch.
All things considered, if there are indeed difficulties with hair and streamline conversion process isn't possible like with Switch faces, I would hope we at least see conversions for the most prominent players (world cup, ucl, national team members) like Héctor Herrera, Lasse Schøne, Marcelo Díaz, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Quincy Promes etc.
Also, there are updated PSG faces in the PC version, these top players could definitely be a priotity, or at least extracting the face textures to use on their older models:

I might create and maybe update some players, but in all honesty, I think it's gonna be a wait until FIFA 21 Switch situation. Converting the PC head models is arguably easier than converting the Switch ones, but without the hair, it's simply far too time-consuming. Even with updated textures, you have issues with the hairline etc. EA are dicks for not releasing these faces on Switch. What an absolute kick in the teeth for those who pay basically the full retail price for these 'legacy' versions.

Not sure how long the exporting takes, but probably worth a try at least, using new scanned textures instead of previous custom/outdated ones like Thiago Silva (2011) or Luis Suarez (2013).
Another step up could be converting the head models for several top players who don't necessarily need their buzz cuts and can play bald for now (e.g. Mbappe, Verratti, Promes).
And finally some testing could be done with face & head from fifa 20 pc + previous hair model fitted on top (Neymar or Cavani could work like that, it seems).
This is also very true lol and I'm not sure when/if we see new faces come to FIFA 21 Switch, or if it is released at all.

Unfortunately I don't know the method of converting the FIFA 20 .fbx head model to FIFA 14 .rx3 model. If I find a tutorial explaining such method I would assist to make the most in demand players from that list.I thought you might say that.
For hair files, I can try to create using the textures available.
