This thread is for FIFA 16, but you should go to your FIFA directory>Game>data, and right-click on "DB Club.rar" and choose "extract here", and in the box that opens click "Yes to all".

Guys actually my work on Classic Patch 16 is stopped because in the next days we will release the new patch for FIFA14. Sorry for the continuous delay of this project. I have also some news that are very interesting (thanks to scouser09)
