FIFA 19 extra National Teams and Western United (A-league) mod WIP

To add to my feedback regarding the player names table in your mod.
I used dbMaster to decompille the legacy db from your project file.
Exported the player names table and corrected the commentary ID column to match those found in the commentary name table.
Recompiled everything and re-imported the db in your project file.
SO what I found is that unfortunately when saving the changes with DbMaster it strips the leading digits (example 90 or 92 or 920) etc from the commentary ID column
and I am left with on the trailing digits which are not a perfect match to those found in the commentary name table.
So instead of 9212345 I am left with 12345. Not sure what to do here. Suggestions anyone?

Found the culprit. It's the xml file in your project file and mod. I replaced it with the games default xml file and the player names table now contain accurate commentary IDs.
My only concern now is what did you modify in this xml file that comes with your mod.
Will the default xml work fine with your mod or is there some critical change that you made to make things work?
Used an xml comparison tool to verify the difference between default and you modified xml and there are countless differences.
The noticeable differences are in the sequence of values places in each line of code. So it is very hard to search for actual code differences.
For example here is one line where the values are the same but the sequence is different.
default:

your project xml:

The other thing I want to bring to your attention is the second line of code
in the screenshot. writeshortname="rite". Is that a typo? Shouldn't it say "write"?

Hello, I've just downloaded this mod and been having lots of fun with it. Although im having one issue with the game crashing when i start a new tournament mode. Would appreciate any help, and thank you Benwin for making this awesome mod!

Hi @benwin , I was able to use your mod to include 64 national teams in Fifa World Cup. Just created another tournament by adding more lines to compdata files. I am not much into career mode so was looking to make a 64 team fifa world cup and it works perfectly. I added the tournament under "Austria". Let me know if you want to include it into the next version of your mod for folks who want to play world cup in tournament mode. Thank you for this mod btw.

Hello and thanks for the mod. I especially enjoy how the international side of career mode got more fun, with more international teams

Btw, I also have as mentioned earlier, the same problem with the game crashing on tournament mode (notably on custom tournaments).

Hi guys, i just bought the game and am wanting to apply this patch. I've had a bit of difficulty getting it to work. I've applied the V3 mod in Frosty, the game launches but there are no changes. Can anyone help me out? Thanks for all your hard work in this patch, hopefully I can start using it soon!!

Well I tried a different way, I added the v3 zip file and then applied it from there and it did load all the international teams, but when I went to play a match it crashed.

Hello. I love your work Benwin. I srsly wanna play this mod but when i start a new player career my game crashes. I can't even get into the career menu. I tried everything. Is this normal or i am doing something wrong? Need help guys

Hello. In the beginning it was very nice mod as V2 made by FIFA Infinity Team which included for example Czech Republic's league. Benwin on that base made amaizing work adding new national teams as V3. For that reason I have decided to buy this FIFA 19 game. Recenlty we have spoken here with Alimps in private and we decided to improved this mod only for our own. But maybe we will decide to share. I made alone GIANT update as V4 and I removed all the bugs from V3 and improved as many things as possible:

1. Fixed all numbers bugs for footballers in formations like for example before often was: GK playing with 9, CF playing with 3 or CB playing with 10
2. Fixed all numbers on kits which covered logo of for example adidas, nike, puma, etc... for example: Finland
3. Fixed all bugs where kits's socks was from 1 company while kits's shorts and shirt was another company... for example: Belarus (Macron Shirt, Macron Shorts, Adidas Socks)
4. Improved all positions bugs for footballers in formations like before often was: GK playing as right back, CAM playing as central back or ST playing as left midifield
5. Fixed all short names on scoreboard according to FIFA codes, few examples: Azerbaijan AZJ->AZE, Nigeria AHL->NGA, San Marino SNM->SMR, Belarus BEL->BLR, etc...
6. All kits and minikits are now from ONE and the same company and all of them have been improved and changed
7. All national teams have been assigned to home stadium real or most similar to real... which is in FIFA 19 available
8. Home stadiums of all national teams have got now real life names besides assignments above
9. Fixed 0-3 bug in late years of career for small national teams which in that time around year 2030 have not got enough footballers to not lost a match as walkover lose
10. New graphics and new screens for this more national teams mod with WC Qatar 2022 motive
11. Added real kits and minikits for those teams which was ealier unlicensed like: Bolivia, Paraguy, Uruguay
12. Added new TV Logos
13. Improved all formations and squads of all national teams, old and new... all together
14. New national style adboards
15. All hairstyle large amount bugs of default long hair for new footballers have been fixed
16. Fixed colour of names and numbers on some kits's shirts on their back like for example: Bosnia or Moldova
17. All 55 national teams in UEFA zone are available in qualifiers for World Cup or European Championship in career mode
18. Career mode ends without any bugs of missing footballers from new national teams as it should in year 2032

All of those above I made alone just for myself as V4. But this is not the end. We spoke with Alimps here in private so we have got plans to cooperate together and make next versions V5 and V6 with new real life tournaments designed for national teams like RTWC Qatar 2022. If there will be a need and interest of People we can think to share our work.

As soon as you post the update i will be there to download it. I love this mod, not many people implement teams from CONCACAF or CAF. I would love to see if your version fix all my problems to finally play with this mod. Peace

Hello. MNT Patch 2020 V4 and V5 are finished and is from now on available. I have spent to make this giant update of V4 about 150 hours more or less just for myself to enjoy FIFA 19. Ealier credits go to FIFA Infinity Team for V2 and Benwin for V3. I can share my work for free like always. If somebody wants this V4 please write to me directly.

Most likely not.

But do check the FIFA 20 forum every once in while.
Someone out there might be working on a mod and sharing it with everyone at some point or another.
But something like this MOD may only come out way after FIFA 21 is launched.

The thing you need to understand is that EA is still pushing patches for FIFA 20.
So it is still maintaining FIFA 20.
It's much easier to create & refine a mod such as this one only once FIFA 20 is no longer updated by EA.
Which is currently the case with FIFA 19 they don't change it anymore.

Plus these mods take a long time to create and refine.
