Mate I am confused in last 4 line
Should I promote player when they are 17 yr old or 1st May
And from v2.12 it's difficult to find elite players in Brazil Argentina
And Where can I find good strikers
Midfielders and defenders???

The advice you have been given is good. Nothing has changed with scouts between any versions of the mod so you may just have been unlucky so far.
The key is to have 5 star scouts. There are plenty of very high potential players in Argentina & Brazil. You will have slightly better success if you have Brazilian & Argentinian scouts too.
1st of May is when you should promote the youth players.
ok. dealing with the youth squad involves a lot of gamble and that gamble pays when you have that 16year player POT 89-94 regardles of the rating, if that player turns 17 before 1may then the gamble pays coz his rating will jumb to 69-76 but if he doesnt turn 17 before 1may with that potential his rating will still be very gud for a 16year old, if that happens we have no chance but promoting the 16year old since he will leave the youth squad if we dont promote him now...
in short im saying look for 5star rated scouts then sign only 70-94 POT regardles of age and rating as the youth football season continues until 1may when they get an upgrade make sure you keep only those with very high POT upper limit in the 90s only, then promote them on 1may whether they are 16 or 17.... its dificult for a player with high potential to turn 17 before 1may so to get good results i sign a lot of 16year olds from scouts hoping that they will turn 17 any day before 1may...
then the last part FIFA 14 scouting system was not designed in such a way that you will get best strikers and defenders from different regions. on paper there is a high chance of getting any type of elite youth player from Argentina and Brazil then followed by Spain , Portugal, and Italy then followed by England and so, african and asian countries being the last doesnt mean you will not get 1 or 2 elite players from there.
From this version 2.12 i usually have luck in England, Spain and Portugal but mostly in the second season.. but since its difficult to get these type of players i use this trick of saving my game a day before the scout report then do trial and errors until i get the right players..

hello harry very good updates !! In the same way I had no problems either ... but there was an error with all the updates in the Spanish league all the stadiums appear with half the public ... you can fix that thanks genius
@HarryBullZak something is wrong with the German 3Liga and 2Bundesliga relegation system.. teams relegated from the 2Bendesliga are not going to the 3Liga one team is going to Ireland League another just disapears leaving the German 3Liga short of 2 teams. also the Objectives of the 3Liga are like that of a Top tier League with win the league, qualify for Champions Legue or Europa League

Hi @HarryBullZak, i recently downloaded this mod. I gotta hand it to you brother. It is just amazing. I am amazed by this mods.I don't know were to start with, the stadiums it is so lovely and everything in the mod. I practically do modding with db's and dlc's only but it takes me ages to complete it. But for you to pull out something great like this, it is just marvelous. So much respect to you and your team. I don't know if you will continue again next season. But i hope you do!

Hello. When i play with Toulouse or Inter the game crashes. I don't know why happens, i think it crashes because boots or kits have a error.

Another thing guys, Can anyone tell me how can i buy a former player?
For example if i am at Barcelona and i am trying to buy Neymar back. He will decline to sign a new contract stating that "he cannot sign a contract because of the history between us i don't think the fans will ever accept me bla bla bla bla........"
Is the anything i can do to sign him without cheating or transferring him to my team manually. I just want to buy him in Career Mode.

I did the same as you,installed 2.11 and 2.20 only and simulated two season without any error.(with Manchester United).

After installing the update, open FIP Tournament Manager, select the league to you play in Career Mode, apply and close. Don't forget to Regenerate the latest. I've done it, I'm playing smoothly.

I have a problem, after clean instalation of all in one pack, i installed step by step 212 fix, 212 fix 2 and finally 220.
I am using fifa creation master just to know.
So, after trying to start the game, my game crashed after loading(Messi logo), and same thing every time.
Please, help me to solve this issue.
