I'm working on a pack for the 32 World Cup 2018 banners with correct country flag in top left position. Should be released soon.
It looks awesome when it works and honestly you don't see it that often even if it's a fan banner up there.

How can I create flags with flags mark? I mean, how to convert a png image of a flag with the shadows of a flag...

Kaliningrad Stadium, Kaliningrad, FIFA 2018 WORLD CUP
Finally!!! The last one... Two versions as usual. Generic version with tournament dressing support. I know there might be some imperfections in some of the stadiums, but it's way better from the previous versions. It would save me 6 months if I had the switch versions earlier, but... Anyway, big thanks to @mita996 and @The Wizard for providing the files and making it possible for us to work with.

@Gonzaga would you perhaps know how to enable all the WC18 stadiums to be used during the world cup tournament after installing the stadiums? I'm using the WC18 Moddingwaymod but ony about 5 of the generic stadiums are used during the course of the tournament.

You have to find internationals.txt
Follow the route in the image.

After that you need to find "Competition Stadiums" (I don't remember, but I think 990 is the WC tournament ID).

As you can see the ones with 2014 are WC Brazil 2014, then we have 2018 WC Russia 2018, and under them we have 2022 WC Qatar 2022. You can add whatever stadium to play in the competition.

Don't forget to regenerate after the change and simulate the first year in career mode, choose a national team at the end of the season and play WC for testing the change.

What if my career starts in 2019? Do I have to change the competitions year in this file? Like the EURO's first year 2020 and WC 2022. And is this working in already started career? I'm in the end of my first season and there is EURO comming.

I don't know bro... but in that case if you start in 2019, I think, you have to make the changes with WC 2022, then WC 2026, and WC 2030 (if the career ends after this year).

With EURO CUP, I tried to put the correct stadiums, but in my FIFA the EUROCUP uses the home stadiums of international teams (for example: Spain-Camp Nou, Germany-Olympiastadion, Italy-Stadio Olimpico). I don't know why, but even having and changing the stadiums for EUROCUP, they don't appear in Eurocup, only the home stadiums of the national teams.

Besides that, I don't know if you have to restart your career with the changes. I think yes, because is an important change for a competition, you may try it, but backup your current career or try this in another FIFA folder.
