i replaced a league and edited leagueid on leagueteamlinks

can u tell me how to edit amount of teams of a league ? I was edit leagueid of another team at CSL to increase to 13 teams for India league. But when I go to career mode, that just 11 teams.

I used it but when i import mod includes: fifa_ng_db and eng_us but its doesnt work in career mode
