2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar Patch for FIFA 16

Guys, I found a fix for 2 diacritics in order for them to appear on shirt names. The 2 letters are Romanian Ș & Ț. They must be capitalized on the shirt name for the proper letter to appear. If not and you put lower case ș & ț - s will be Turkish Ş & t will be T with no accent.

Scotland & Sweden updated in the .db. 3 DNQ teams left from UEFA: Türkiye, Ukraine & Russia.

After UEFA, I will update the DNQ teams from CONMEBOL, then New Zealand & China PR as the only remaining teams in the FIFA 23 base game. At a rate of 2-3 teams a day, they should all be done next week. After that it's just waiting for the DLC to be announced/released.

I will be collecting kits & minis by @robmar85 & any numbers & fonts by @makispla2017 , plus updating the minifaces for the DNQ teams.

@Lagwagon93 will help with faces & @fifayoun has been kind enough to help with remaking the anthems soundbank.

Unfortunately, I won't have time to update all 6 confederations' DNQ teams, so I will have to content both myself and all followers of this patch with one third of the confederations being fully updated. After the patch is released, I will work on the remaining 4 confederations (CONCACAF, CAF, AFC & OFC) with a view towards preparing for another release for the 2023 Women's World Cup and ripping assets from the associated DLC in FIFA 23.

Great news,just wondering(take ur time ofc) do u have any estimate idea how much will it take u once dlc is relased to finish this project...example 1-2 weeks or 3-4 etc...

Yes. I've also added a Gürler face by Aktivasy I found, just in case.

Russia now updated with their 2021 post-EURO squad. All players' ratings updated up to March 30, 2022 except for Alexey Miranchuk, Aleksandr Golovin & Fyodor Kudryashov (who have their FIFA23 stats).

Updated the Excel tables of provisional rosters of the first 3 CONMEBOL teams to be updated: Chile, Colombia & Peru to give them 26-man squads. I will update these teams first, then move onto Paraguay, Venezuela & Bolivia. After these ones, I will only update China PR & New Zealand from AFC & OFC, in anticipation of the DLC for FIFA23 being released (already possibly by next week!).

So, I just updated the other 3 DNQ CONMEBOL teams in Excel to give them 26-man rosters too: Paraguay, Venezuela & Bolivia. I will start on Chile, Colombia & possibly Peru tomorrow.

For the CONMEBOL DNQ teams, the good news is that I will only have to update/change 2 teams' formations: Paraguay & Venezuela. The other 4 still have the same from the Copa America 2021 tournament. This means that I just have to update the players & I can update teams faster than having to also update the formations, defaultteamdata & default_teamsheets tables.

Chile updated in the .db.

Colombia was updated in the .db yesterday & 3 more today: Peru, Paraguay & Venezuela. Tomorrow will be the last DNQ teams that will feature with updated, 2022 rosters in the patch: Bolivia, New Zealand & China PR.

Bolivia & China PR updated in the .db. China now has 2020 kits as the starting set (to be replaced by the 2022 ones that will feature in the upcoming DLC..)
