How about the limits of the leagues ids, there are limits like at teams?

So,firstly,this is what we have And three teams from 05-06 season:Rapid,Steaua and Dinamo And Dinamo Bucharest 10-11 almost done

I take this idea from @GIGGIRIVA ,@rescalon70 and @pollard7545 and i think @Skoczek said that he wants to do this, but for polish league. I'm romanian, so it will a pleasure to create the teams. I will NOT stop to help the classic patch with teams. I think i will share cmps with the leagues, i'm...
