Dumb question, but did you save as a project file before exporting to a mod? I've forgotten to save after making changes and the mod won't have those changes in there

Can you provide more info? I'm not totally following. Are you saying that pre-game, when you select the kit, you see the modded kit but when you play the actual game, it reverts back?
