    Perhaps the ploblem lies in transfers.ini file. Check value of HASGRUDGE (original is -400). Try increasing it (towards zero, of course). That's my best guess, but still just guess.

    playervalues.ini K INC, go to the "FIFA 14\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\" folder and make backup of playervalues.ini. Then put my file into that folder, replace if asked. You can check the difference without starting new career.
