Most of EA Sports games for this year have been announced, as FIFA 06, Madden NFL 06, NCAA Football 06, NHL 06, NBA 06, and we bring you exclusively the new template for EA Sports games' covers, that will end in "06" and not in "2006". FIFA Football 06 cover will be published in a few months, but as this cover was revealed you can have an idea of how the final FIFA cover would look.

Thats a candidate for quote of the year (Y) (H). Meh.....it looks so so to me. I personally think it would look more suitable for a basketball game.

Is any different, or less football than, "FIFA FOOTBALL/SOCCER 2006" ... :S

It's the logo style. Before we had that wierd swirly circle thingy, which is gone. Personally I liked it better, but it doesn't matter as long as the game's good.

It's curious... when the Draft was a week ahead, EA Sports showed this Madden logo, which I think was a prototype cause since that i've never seen it.



Bye bye circled logo... :boohoo:

Looks good for me :)
It reminds me the FIFA 98 RTWC cover, and IMHO 98 was one of the best fifa ever. Hopefully this tells us that 06 will also make big improvement :).
