1 division teams & 2 division

In access editor I promoved teams from 2nd division (England, Italu, Germany... etc); I finished the league, and when I began the second league a screen appeared showing the message with the teams which go to 1st division from the 2nd and teams which go to 2nd division from 1st division... Example... teams to second... "Wolverhampton, Leicester, Bolton and Blackburn"... teams to 1st "Wolverhampton, West Ham, Sunderland and Leicester"... why it happens??
Can somebody tell how can I fix it??

PS. These teams are correctly fixed in Access...

You didn't remove them from the First Division. If you replace Sunderland/West Ham/West Brom in the Premiership, then you need to replace Wolves/Leicester/Portsmouth in the Nationwide Division 1 as well - otherwise they will be in both leagues.

you need to go into Tables>Federations and then in the appropriate league, shft the team ID numbers around

Yes, it's already fixed... in English 2nd division appears (106 FC Sunderland, 19 West Ham United, 91 Derby County, 94 Ipswich Town, 97 FC Millwall) and in the 1st division appears the others.
There's no problem.
What can I do?
