Is it possible to use fifa 2001 kits in fifa 2002?

Yes. Both games use the same file format (unless you meant any 2GK/3GK/4GK kits). But the original kits are the same in FIFA 2001 and FIFA 2002.

Yes, the FIFA 2001 kits will work in FIFA 2002, but in most cases the back collar of the jersey will not always line up with the collar on the front, as the texture mapping of the kits in FIFA 2001 is slightly different to that of 2002.
