2005 fifa jerseys help

Hello, can anyone tell me if there is a converter or a way to create jerseys for fifa 2005? Are the templates not compatible with fifa 2007 and later?

I really like the Bucs and Panthers ones. I was hoping to see the Saints one. Is that one out there? Also the Vikings ones look like LSU jerseys.
