As i could see there are many banner objects so renaming them home and away is not an option.
Deleting the objects is crashing the game.
I think its a job for an experienced stadium maker in this forum.

One major question, when you imported the stadium, was "Import Materials" option ticked on?

So you can let it go, because I succeded at it, but without importing it with textures, causes stadium to not load textures at all. So the only way to edit stadium would be to import it with textures, make changes I want, then reimport every texture one by one with it's version converted to .png, then export stadium as well as the textures.
And that's all for only one stadium for only one condition (day, night, overcast, sunset separately)

I think I found out pretty easy way to create crowds myself. Call it good, call it bad, but it's enough for me.
For Gold Lake Stadium and Singeom Stadium, I'm gonna use crowds made by @humbertoaze, but for the rest, I'll make crowds like that.

Pretty easily. I just imported the stadium, deleted everything except material that serves as a tribune and merge it all to one object. It needs to be cleaned, so remove vertices by distance and remove as many edges inside the meshes as you can.
It should look like this.
Then I just subdivided that both vertically and horizontally. Then, I chose the option Edge Split, so every face was separated mesh, but still in one object.
And that's it, you just have to rename it to crowd and assign supporters with vertex groups.

Thats how I do, except the subdivide horizontally and vertically, it always split the face into 4 faces, so its not perfect. Do you mind make a vídeo of that part and the part of Edge Split? These things can be game changer, there are a lot of stadiums that I dont convert because I know how hard Will be to do the crowds.

Can Be text no problem, and also let me know what problems and tests are you facing. I’ve doing this convertion of object into crowds in a few months already, I already faced a lot of things.

One thing have to be taken as necessary. Every face have to be quadrangle, so be made by only 4 vertices. It makes a thing bit more tricky when it comes to round tribunes. Although not that much as I expected.

Not necessary, When the object is too long, a vertical retangle form, i use the triangulate faces to fill the tribune, otherwise you will have lines of chairs with huge spaces between them.
