At least crowds from FIFA Online 3 are compatible with ones on FIFA 14, so all 12 Brazilian stadiums have authentic crowds.

So for now:
- stadiums that are vanilla in FIFA 14 have only banners to be fixed
- authentic 2014 WC stadiums have broken banners and lights
- generic 2014 WC stadiums have broken banners and lights and have no crowds

I think I finally know how to export stadiums in Blender, but it constantly corrupts textures. With default ones, everything is blue-green checkered, with textures exported from Blender - textures are getting corrupted.

Any help?

you know that in exampluar stadium it's 172 textures? And in CGFE or File Explorer I am expected to export and import textures one by one?

As I'm stuck with fixing old stadiums which I probably just turn off all these banners altogether, I added more EA stadiums to the game

Stadion Narodowy (Poland, EURO 2012)
Olimpiyskiy Stadion (Ukraine, EURO 2012)
Soccer City (South Africa, WC 2010)
Ernst-Happel-Stadion (Austria, EURO 2008)
Stade de Suisse (Switzerland, EURO 2008)

Millenium Stadium was replaced with Cardiff City Stadium (Wales) and Estadio da Luz (Portugal) are newer stadiums from younger games.

And as a bonus, Stade de France (by @humbertoaze)

Although, two problems. Polish and Ukrainian stadiums. I'd use both made by darrek1988 for FIFA 15, but Ukrainian stadium has no ground. Could someone fix this?

I finally decided finally to keep custom faces from FIFA Infinity 2014 WC patch - and to not to.
As you see, in comparison to very small amount of FIFA 11 or FIFA 12 custom faces, FIFA 14 probably has the biggest of them all.
So I'm going to replace almost all these customs with original EA faces from FIFA 17 onwards or with better customs.
Although some EA faces will be made younger. Some are even from FIFA 21 or 22.

In the same way as for 2010 WC, I created a second database with authentic 2014 FIFA World Cup squads (these I took from Classic Patch by @GIGGIRIVA)

I also changed my mind about faces.

I decided to commit myself and add practically all gamefaces that EA made since FIFA 14 (and edit them if players have grown older)

Btw. stadiums remain bugged. As no one found or didn't want to find an easy solution to fix many of them, will you tolerate it as it is?
I'd just use original FIFA 14 stadiums, ones remade for previous patch and for generic ones made just crowds without glares. What do you think?

Because I want to make this done asap.

They simply ignored original stadiums.
Brazilian stadiums there don't have flags, crowds and glares were made from ground up.
Vanilla stadiums remained instead of ones with WC dressing. Generics just didn't appear, vanilla generic stadiums were attached to smaller teams.

I wanted to make it differently, but I couldn't expect tokke going on a break.

I wanted to do it, but without even changing the textures, so I imported one stadium to Blender and moved banners below the pitch.
I couldn't export such stadium.
Maybe I did something wrong in the meantime.
