2014 FWC Playoffs Patch

Hi Guys,

I'm wanting to make a relatively small patch for FIFA 14 including all the teams that will still be in contention for the 2014 FIFA World Cup after the last round of qualifying group matches on Tuesday.

Of those teams which have qualified only Costa Rica, Japan and Iran are not in FIFA 14 by default.

From CONCACAF, Honduras has secured at least a playoff spot, and Mexico guarantee a playoff with at least a point in San Jose.

All the other Interconfederational playoff teams are in FIFA 14 except for Jordan. Given the extreme unlikelyhood of Jordan overcoming the most likely playoff entrant from CONMEBOL, Uruguay, I may even not include Jordan in this patch.

Seven teams need to be made from CAF: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Senegal and Tunisia.

From UEFA the only teams not in FIFA 14 and still in contention are: Ukraine, Croatia, Bosnia and Iceland.

Anyone interested in this patch? Also does anyone know if a tournament can be made to include the World Cup Finals and these last Playoffs?

You might want to get in touch with jschuck12001 he was responsible for World Cup patch in 13 which no doubt may have some team DB kits & material data that could be ported (maybe).

Yes I really want to see such a patch. I didn't like Road to World cup 2014 patch that much because their ratings weren't really good (Saudi Arabia with 3.5 stars that didnt even qualify for the 2nd qualifying round in Asia, while Iran which topped their group being first and qualifying to the 2014 WC had 2.5 stars with players like Nekounam having 54 overall rating. Even FIFA rated him between 75 and 77 while he was playing in C.A.Osasuna in Fifa 12 haha).
I am waiting impatiently for a patch like that to come out!

EDIT: I can try to help you for Iran's players stats for the players that aren't in Fifa 14. But try to see in creation center they have created nice stats so you can copy it from there.

A big problem will be making the Iranian team, since there aren't that many players in FIFA 14, 13, 12, 11 etc.

I agree, but if you look at their most recent lineup:
-Daniel Davari can be found in Eintracht Braunschweig (FIFA 14)
-Steven Beitashour in San Jose Earthquakes (FIFA 14)
-Javad Nekounam in C.A.Osasuna (FIFA 12)
-Andranik Teymourian in Fulham (FIFA 10)
-Alireza Jahanbakhsh in NEC Shifty*egen (FIFA 14)
-Masoud Shojaei in Las Palmas in FIFA 14 recent update I think (if he is still not updated then in C.A.Osasuna in FIFA 13)
-Reza Ghoochannejhad in Standard Liege (FIFA 14)
-Ashkan Dejagah in Fulham (FIFA 14)
-Sardar Azmoun in Rubin Kazan (FIFA 14)

That's already not bad at all! As I said you can find the rest from the most downloaded Iran team from Creation Center, there you can copy the stats/appearance. At the end it's not THAT hard and definitely doable. What do you think?

My patch from last year has everything you are asking for, you can use anything you want from it. The only way to tell if it will work in career mode is to test which will be a pain but the actual playoffs are quite easy and the templates are in my patch ready to use.

Daaaamnnn good job dude!!! Just remove Atashkadeh as he never played for Iran and isn't even capped Tayebi isn't in the current team and won't me for sure too, Karimi retired from International football I think. But if you have the database for WC2010 then you can just add Hashem Beikzadeh (I think hes in that game) and Amir Hossein Sadeghi instead. Otherwise tremedous job man great stuff! What are you planning to do?

About the stadiums I will make a few that I have, but I'm hoping the new version of the plugin Arti-10 to export my stadiums!
I have a lot of teams in FIFA 13, with uniforms and squads if you need just tell me

Uniforms I have from jschucks RTWC patch + FIFA13 (for Portugal).

BTW, do you have any stadiums in FIFA14 .rx3 model? jschuck managed to unlock the real FIFA World Cup tournament for my patch, so all stadiums have the black/gold adboards FIFA World Cup by EA. Maybe we can change that to "Juntos num só ritmo"style ?

Also, Any chance to add Stadion Narodowy and Olympiyskiy Kyiv stadiums from EURO 2012?
