South Sudan doesn't have enough FIFA players in the databases to make up a team.

EDIT: So I've just gone through both the 2006 & 2010 World cup databases and there are 3 South Sudanese players who played for Sudan before South Sudan's independence in 2011:

196956 Ruei Gulwak (GK - 2010)
174275 Richard Justin Lado (DF - 2006 & 2010)
175463 James Joseph Saeed (ST - 2006)

Plus there is also: 241502 Kenny Athiu in FIFA18 a naturalized Australian who was born from South Sudanese parents and plays for Melbourne Victory in the A-League.

I will take those 4 players + the best ones from @BosnaZmajevi 's FIFA15 database to make a South Sudan national team. :)

Updated all players from Oceania & CONCACAF in both 2014 & 2010 databases (combination of best ratings from 2010 & 2014 .dbs). Still have to update African and Asian national team players. Will update/add players from FIFA18 for some non-qualified national teams. After that, will update all national teams' kits and them add Bhutan, Brunei, Guam & S. Sudan. I've also gotten a friend to contact Dinei from World Stadiums PES6 and they might be willing to help with all the remaining national stadiums. If we get this help, there needs to be someone who can finish all these stadiums... Making crowds, glares & banners for national stadium models is so important to finish this patch...

For anyone interested to make the tournament structure, 1 extra playoff has to be made in CAF African Zone Round 1: Libya vs Zimbabwe.

So some really good news! Dinei from World Stadiums PES6 has given this patch the exclusive use of some 30 stadiums, some of which that were never even released for PES6.

There will be a full patch. Last things that need to be done are the stadiums & minikits for the non-DLC & non-UEFA teams. I will make a video soon with every NT's kits sets to show which ones need their minikits.

Last teams to update left are Sierra Leone, Togo, Zambia & Zimbabwe.

Once I finish all teams, I'll upload a video showing which minikits I need.

NB: I haven't made Bhutan, Brunei, Guam and South Sudan, but because these are completely new NTs - they will need minikits anyway.

There are licensed kits for:
