It's a matter of finding which audio codex is used. For commentary it's called EASpex but I know nothing else apart from that.

Its hard to say i would love to now it to but its hard to say when its going to come out i would prefer that the beta should not come out its better when we wait for the full version. I hope its not going to be complicated to download the patch.

I have the English commentary files from WC 2010 & 2014. I'd like to add those lines from that game. I have Mexican Spanish and French commentary from the N.American PS3 version of 2014WC.

Robbie i have some questions.
1. Are you going to make a video how to download the patch i would be really thankfull and many others to.
2. And are you doing well with the patch.
3. And since when are you working on the patch it's kind of interesting.
4. Are you doing well with the Stadiums.
5. Are there still problems with the qualifying mode.

I assume you mean install on first question. Because i dont think download will be issue.
Either way, i think (NB! i CANNOT stress this enough that i dont know specific mods needs, just talking from general experience with fifa mod installing) it follows same basic principle as other mods for fifa 16- IF(!!!) it will have installer, use that, if not, manual (both options have videos available for other mods- will try to find some after patch will be released if you still need them). After install, just use i68controller to regenerate files (so that everything would appear fine ingame) and that should be that. After that just keep in mind to run origin offline mode only for fifa

I usually release my patches as manual releases, so that everything is like in my own game.
