If face files exist then possibly. I don't know. Are there any Korea national team players with faces in FO4 that aren't in FIFA?

Going through the lists of the 2018 and 2019 KFA players on FIFA Addict, it looks like all 23 South Korean players from 2018 World Cup squad have real faces too! :)

Updated the player list removing the latest conversions done by @Lagwagon93 & adding all the AFC NT player faces. South Korea will be the fourth team to have all 23 players' faces (the others being Belgium, England and Spain)

EDIT: There is a January PSG faces update released today. I will update the list accordingly.

@Rizzaldio compiled all the national anthems into a single sound bank after I extracted all the anthem sounds from the 2014 World Cup:

NB: The IDs used are all EAs ones (except for newly admitted FIFA members (S. Sudan, Gibraltar & Kosovo)). French Guyana, Guadelopue & Martinique don't have La Marseillaise - I added them after the soundbank was made.
Also, the Women national teams' anthems are missing.

African ones are still around 10-15 without crowds. I hope someone will help with adding banner meshes - I have all banners imported from world cup 2014...

I've started to do some crowds. I'm not as good as Bosnia, but at least we can have some crowds until he gets his professional version out.

By the way, did anybody figure out a way to get the national anthems played when lower tier NTs play each other ?

Great stuff. @saul.silva Hi mate - a question to ask you. Some of your crowds go over the stair textures in the Tribunes and some of the home fans aren't full crowds. Can you fix this?

As for the national anthems - we still can't figure it out. I think it might depend on IDs being enabled or not...
