2019-20 patch for FIFA 11 [tokke001]

Please tell me where i
it is included in the 2019-20 patch, at FIFA 11 installation folder :
...\EA Sports\FIFA 11\FIFA 11 Selector.exe
Which one?
V1.0 or V1.2 or V1.3 or V1.3.1?

no, but when I run as administrator FIFA 11 SELECTOR, it immediately exits without notification
Yes i copied FIFA 11 SELECTOR and FIFA 11 PATCH UPDATER in FIFA 11 folder

Dear @tokke001 , I used to install WC14 patch and 16-17season patch and played well.
Now I install 19-20 patch, then I use FIFA 11 Selector to choose "2014 FIFA world Cup Brazil" patch, after apply this WC database and enter the game, all the national teams that not included in 19-20 season patch, their kitnumber came error, like this:
I just try to change the kitnumber in CM11, and click off the specialkitnumber, but it not work.
I use three method to install the game:
1\FIFA 11- 1.01up - 19-20season patch 1.0 to 1.31 - FIFA WC 14 patch
2\FIFA 11- 1.01up - 19-20season patch 1.0 to 1.31 - High Graph patch Feb to Jun - FIFA WC 14 patch
3\FIFA 11- 1.01up - FIFA WC 14 patch - 19-20season patch 1.0 to 1.31
All these method can not avoid this error= = How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much!

This patch is based on FIFA 20, and will 'update' FIFA 11 to the 2019-20 season
The squads (player stats, team tactics, ...) are exactly same as the FIFA 20 ea' squad updates
graphics (kits, shoes, ...) are mostly from fifa 20; combined with files from FIFA 10 (XBOX360), FIFA online 3 & FIFA 16 mods
The most important thing of the patch is that it wont give errors when you play online:
- garanteed no missing heads
- No missing textures (boots, GK gloves, addboards)
this patch is completely free,

1. install fifa 11
2. install ea patch (1.01)
3. install 2019-20 patch (v1.0)
* run installer "2019-20 patch (v1.0) for FIFA 11 (part 1 of 2).exe"
* run installer "2019-20 patch (v1.0) for FIFA 11 (part 2 of 2).exe"
4. install 2019-20 patch (v1.2)

- Selector dont start up (if u have .net 2.0) : copy included "Selector (.NET 2.0 version)" folder content to FIFA 11 folder
