2021 International Tournaments Patch (UEFA EURO 2020 & Copa America 2021)

Uruguay updated (4.5 stars) = ATT 83, MID & DEF 79.
Guys, I've decided to release the next part of the patch with EURO/Copa America Switcher when FIFA22 comes out. There will be quite a few national team players' new faces, some new players for smaller national teams & there might be updated licences for some national teams & new kits.

Collecting the official minifaces for the DNQ UEFA NTs. I've done around half today (all DNQ NTs A-I except Gibraltar). I might replace/add 1-2 players for certain teams, either because they have updated minifaces, played more recently or they have real faces coming in FIFA 22.
Collected all the minifaces for national teams K-M & Romania. Only Gibraltar, Northern Ireland, Norway, San Marino, Serbia & Slovenia left!
All UEFA minifaces collected! For the last team Slovenia, I took the official 2021 photos from the NZS.si website!
RobbieD_PL I want to report some little bug that happens to me. Face for Chanot from Luxembourg dont have eyes (replaced with some colors).
I had that bug too. I think either eyes .rx3 are in wrong folder or eyes colour in players table of .db
5 teams' minifaces converted to .dds: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan & Belarus.
6 teams done today: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands & Georgia.

Is anyone expert enough to try to remove the brown background parts around the loose strands of hair?

@BojanSRB I found the fix for this bug. Remove the eyes texture .rx3 file for Chanot ID (212607) in /heads folder. It's the same as the generic textures, so it causes confusion with doubling up.
More faces and patch can only be better.
