Don't know if anyone did it already but I really liked the menu of RTWC 2018 patch so I tried something.
Never did a menu before so there is room for improvement. What disturbs me the most is the golden font colour. Maybe someone can help.
I used an empty FIFA16 (without any mods) as the original colours are similar to the main colour of EURO2020 and the overlays did not have to be changed this way.

Great work! Just one question: why is there blue text for the UEFA EURO 2020 logo on the loading screen? It's hard to read.

The reason is simple. I found the image as it is and didn't alter anything. But I can change it to white, no problem.
I am thinking as well to put some player images that are "rotating" like the RTWC patch had. Would you be so kind to share the link for the HQ player images you used for the minifaces? Let's try how it looks.

BTW, @scouser09 has already made a menu set for the EURO patch (also with upper body player image cutouts), but there are some elements that I'd like to use as well from your one: the trail logo on the main menu, the triangle & small square of the matchday calendar on tournament mode.
Another thing, the Puskas Arena stencil is too grainy/pixelated for the intro popup, is there a way to revert back to the plain one? Which .big file is it?

calender images are in ui/game/components/fluxtiles/fluxtiles_advance.big and ui/game/screens/career/calender.big
I've just seen that the Copa America website has minifaces for nearly all players (less than 5 have scripting errors and are not being displayed). I will release a Copa America version of menus/popups etc with updated rosters for the 10 teams of that tournament after the UEFA EURO 2020 release.

What configuration do you use to get this goalnet shape?

Open db in db master, go to stadiums, find stadium id you want to edit, find goalnet lenght (229 is default, i used 222, and goal height (250 is default but i used 252 if i remember corectly i am not at home).
You can try more settings. Goal height low values makes goalnet look different bit also goal is lower then.
