It depends if they will be called to their senior teams or not.
Borges Sanches has already been called for both luxembourg and borussia monchengladbach senior teams.
If he will be added to the sofifa database & corresponding roster update or in FIFA23, then I will add him. Since he's being added to a senior Bundesliga team, he might even get a real face too.
So Wales is now the last UEFA qualified team. Echoing @robmar85 's post: congrats to Wales for breaking a 64 year WC qualification drought (last and very first appearance was in 1958 where they were eliminated by winners Brazil) & a special mention to Ukraine for their competitiveness & spirit in their 2 playoff games, despite all the terrible things happening in their country right now.

2 faces that I think of are Dani Alves & Vlad Chiriches. They are now both bald & have specific facial hair types.

There are so many faces that I had to make another Excel just to fit them all in!
NB:
This Excel file does not include players that have faces already in FIFA or the FIFA Online Series
There are no included faces for the following teams:
UEFA: Belgium, England, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal & Spain.
CONMEBOL: Argentina & Brazil.
CONCACAF: Mexico & USA
CAF: Cameroon, Ghana, Morocco & Senegal (PES has Wahbi Khazri as the sole Tunisian face which is already in FIFA)
AFC: China PR, Korea Republic & Japan.
The UEFA & CONMEBOL teams have so many faces that it's best to see which faces will be released in FIFA23 as well as the respective finalists for those teams that have qualified (all except Italy & China).
Korea has all their league's players faces in FIFA Online 4, which also has around 60 Chinese faces & PES2022 has 500+ Japanese player faces. So these 3 Asian countries will have a guaranteed full set of faces for their national rosters in the RTWC 2022 patch (if they all get converted!)
For those interested (I think in particular @tokke001 & @Skoczek ), I've also made a full list of all player faces in FIFA Online 4 which aren't in the main FIFA series - sorted by nationality:

I am playing now Nations League, CAN qualifiers and AFC qualifiers, and i miss some chants. Especially African or Asian. At least generic or even one quality chant. I have some generic but they are not HD and old..from pes.
