So I've finally decided to open up this thread:

We know the directly qualified teams from at least 3 confederations, (only CONCACAF still remains & the playoffs to determine the rest).

Things that will be needed:

Qatar 2022 popups & menus
NT Players' Faces from FIFA22 Updates 6 & 8 (We may indeed have to wait for FIFA23)
NT Players' Faces from FO4
New NT stadiums for Luxembourg & Singapore, plus other NTs that are still missing & stadiums that are still crashing
Kits, kit numbers & minikits
Formation & roster updates for DNQ teams.
Qatar will have a finalists roster updated in either the DLC for FIFA23 or if there is a whole new videogame.

I will reserve the next few posts for required assets (faces, kits, stadiums).

Stade de Luxembourg, it has been made for PES, just needs someone to convert it. Same for Singapore National Stadium.

Since there is plenty of time until the World Cup (which will be after FIFA 23 is released), there is plenty of time to try and do a really large mod. The mod in its current state is already very large and has more content than we could hope for, but it should be possible to add all the stuff, like stadiums and updated squads.
Unfortunately, I am not an artist, so I can't create kits, faces, stadiums and all that, but I will be more than happy to help with national team squads, if any such help is needed.

What is the plan for the mod, anyway? I understand there will be an update in the next month or so, and obviously there will be a version released right before the World Cup itself, but are there going to be any other "in between" updates?

NB: Faces & Stadiums lists are provisional:

1. I haven't gone through all the potential players that could be called up for national teams & might have had faces in the past 4-5 FIFAs. Plus, there could potentially be squads with every player having a real face for China PR, Korea Republic & Japan

2. Some national stadiums still have 14 goalposts, missing glares &/or away crowds & banners in the wrong places (or missing at all). There are around 10-15 of these for UEFA stadiums.

I will update both lists accordingly.

for Pod Goricom there is a superior version that will arrive soon for pes2021. Better wait for that one.

Macedonia: This might be the one that was made by arsenal22. As dinei did it years ago.

Someone was working on Dominica last year but no news so far.

Stade de Luxembourg; I have it. But I think it needs textures that's why I am working on it right now.

I did some stadiums but bugs annoyed me, so decided to give it a break at least for fifa16.
