What Happened?

England

The English Leagues are currently being dominated by Cardiff, Man city and Sunderland, The big Four(Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd) have all parted, Chelsea have got relegated twice(2025 and 2029) Man Utd are battling relegation, Liverpool and Arsenal are currently looking for europe spots, which Liverpool has made the uefa Cup.

Spain

Aletico Madrid have won the league 7 years running and have won it 24 times overall, no other team in spain can catch up with them, Barcelona haven slipped into being an upper-mid table team, while Real Madrid are battling relegation, Valencia have managed to finish second being the only big 3 club to stay up in spain.

What Happened?

England

The English Leagues are currently being dominated by Cardiff, Man city and Sunderland, The big Four(Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd) have started to slowly come back up with Liverpool winning the league, and man Utd getting in europe along with Arsenal while Chelsea got relegated to the League One in 1939 then bounced back to the championship, only to go down again the next season, but they currently are in the Championship ironicallt losing in the play-off final 2-1 to Aston Villa.

Spain

Levante dominated Spainsh football beetween 2037 to 2046 only missing out in one year(to espanyol), Aletico have slowly come back up finishing with the league title in 1948, while Villajoyosa have schoked many by winning the league in 2049 and finishing Third the next season, Real Madrid have also become a european spots club finishing second, while Barcelona have recently come back to being a mid table team.

I think 2050 is a bit too much really. I mean, you might aswell deselect the real names option to get the same result, without the 1 gb save game.

I saw once in SIGAMES forum a guy who put holiday till' he stops for a long time and it stopped on beyond year 2100. Pure gold. Loads of stupid stuff happened (H)

Im a bit behind here, but this is quite different than just deselecting Real Names...Because that just renames the current players (well it did in every version I ever did it in), meaning that the same teams are still the strong ones...

I've often gone on holidays for a year or so, in the save game that I actually use, just for a bit of a preview, then I dont save, and go back to where I left off...I just do it for a bit of fun.

One thing I noticed (which annoyed me) is the World Cup hosts...Basically going: Europe, South America, Europe, South America etc, with the one exception being Canada hosting it for North America instead of South America one year...

Does anybody know if the hosts are hardcoded, or if there is some luck involved. I think the one thing is clear, and that is that the pattern of South America, Europe is hard coded, with a few exceptions.

This is a bit silly..South Americans and Europeans have this thing about the Cup being played elsewhere, but at the end of the day, it is a WORLD Cup...And FIFA seem quite commited to getting it played around the globe (US, Japan, Korea and South Africa??!) Have all been recent/soon to be Cup hosts!

And besides that, Australia are bidding for 2018, and if they miss that, 2022...Im sure Australia will host a Cup by 2026...
