B) Open FIFA creation master 16 and choose open patch > Load
C) Open 'Keukenkampioen Divisie 22-23 Patch'
D) In 'Replace Section' choose 'Use Patch ID'
E) In 'Double Club Option' choose 'Transfer to new team'
F) Import
