What does 'Pass Bias' mean in the tactics menu?

Is it possible to tell players where to run? e.g like in Football Manager

Is there commentry in 3D match mode? If yes how do you enable it?

Are the keyboard settings in the 3D Match options menu the 'Manager Shouts'? only in the manual there are a lot more

And finally are you supposed to hear anything when you press the manager shout keys?

i didnt figure out the 1st one

the 2nd : there is a commentary, and it's enabled automatically in the leagues that television covers it, so you'll get televesion money

the 3rd one : there is an option "player career mode" you take a player and play with him only in 3d match
and you'll use d for shooting s for passing and all those buttons you use in fifa
