Does anyone know why there is four different adboards files and what they are used for? As far as I have found out it's only the first one that is used...

Also, I was wondering if it would be possible to use the same kind of technique for scoreboards so that every league could have its own scoreboard? :) That would be sweet! :D

My guess is that EA had plans for the other adboard files but these plans where abandoned and the extra textures where not removed from the game.

As for scoreboards, I have not been able to find any code related to scoreboards in the .lua files, so for now scoreboard assignments are not possible.

i used it on pes6 superpatch and its a fast tool to edit huge quantity of players and teams!!!!

I think they were a feature that EA were implementing, but never finished ( or it's Broken ! ). If you look at the Fifa Street ads, they should animate, the wording on the 4 ads is slightly different, but it doesn't work, ie/

A tool like that could be useful, but I am not interested in developing it.

I will add code to player.lua to allow boot assignments and to allow specific faces (if possible).

If anyone wants to suggest any modifications, I will choose the most useful ones to add to the next release. I already have a few in mind and will announce them when I am certain that they can be done.

Yes, concentrate on working with the txt files. It was just a suggestion, not special to you, maybe someone else work on something like that any time.

But I don't care, I will also love only txt editing :D

The most important suggestion is to make face and boots assigments work no matter what happens to squad file or the db.
All in all, these features would be amazing!

I can now announce some new features:
-Player kit sets can be assigned to tournaments. Different number and name fonts can be used in the assigned tournament.
-Referee kit sets can be assigned to tournaments.
-Assignments of specific faces to players with generic faces.
-Boot assignments.

For player and referee kit sets, kits are named kit_x_y_z.rx3 where x is team id, y is kit type and z is always 0. By changing the value of z, extra kit sets can be added. For example, this means that teams can have an extra set of kits which can be used only for Champions League matches.


V.K: The boot and face assignments take precedence over the DB and should take precedence over the squad file, so these edits should show in saved careers.
