After one of the Win 10 updates, it stopped working for me.

previous windows 10 new/old version same not work, but after re-install to version 17134 it work for me
in my case after install directx, vcredist/net framework > i run fifa file explorer and app running
if not work, i just re-install windows 10 until i can run it

Does anybody knows how to know which wipe id is for which tournament id?
FIFA 16\data\sceneassets\wipe3d
I can extract rx3->png and I see for example that wipe Id specificwipe_0_319_0.rx3 is for second Polish League. But due to some bug of patch creator when I play this league wide3d is not visible (instead default ea sports). So this means that the creator of patch wrongly attach id of wipe to league id. How to fix that? League Id is 255, tournament id is 1153. I completely don't understand numbers relationship between wipe3d and tournament id, if anyone knows please describe.

Similar case is with overlays. It is not possible to guess how id of overlay map to tournament id. Some people know, if they could share their knowledge we would be grateful.

for replay you can also try wipe_13_1_container_0.rx3 (13 in this case is for english premier league.)

kitoverlay_9_0_0_1.png for ex will be used by liverpool in all games. here it's like this kitoverlay_teamid_kittype_leagueid_0.png... to assign different overlays for the kits and for different competitions.

I guess nobody will share knowledge how to export/import graphic from overlay.big files? I want to add my own popups for some tournament, however firstly I need to understand which files to edit. So I have to export all graphic from overlay files in order to understand which file should I modify.

basically any scoreboard can be used without CG File Server. You just need to copy the appropriate files manually in data/ui/game folder.
CG File Server does the same just saves you the time of switching out of the game.
