Add teams to the game

Hi. There are some demos with teams:
1. Por, Fra, Eng
2. Ita, Ger
I downloaded only first version of demo. Does anybody know how to make patch to add Italy and Germany to my euro 2004 demo? Cause I can't download 100Mb second time.
Please, help.
