Adding leagues to continental tournaments

Hello, I want to create a more realistic South American competitions and was able to add new leagues and replace a few existing leagues. The issue I’m having is adding the new leagues to the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana. Can someone tell me what I have to change to add teams from those leagues to continental cups?
