Damn, I think we should just accept we're not even sub-top when it comes to international football. We're a grey mid-table club when it comes to that. Does make me figure though, with Wes would we have won? No, wait a minute with Wes we wouldn't have played this game, we would've owned Slavia Prague to death and would be playing CL.

Makes me wonder how it must be like to be a supporter of a club like Madrid. Can you imagine how easy and relaxed it is not having to worry every single f*cking year about your star player leaving. Cause suppose we would perform good this season, Klaas would leave, Johnny would leave, Maarten, Suarez everyone and we could start all over again. It feels like we're a little kid on the beach trying to make a beautiful castle out of the sand but everytime a big bully comes running over it ruining everything so we can start all over again.

Sometimes I wish I wasn't an Ajax-supporter, but it's the club I love and I will always support. They say support your club through the best and the worst time, but when was the last time we saw good times? It feels like we get nothing but sh*t the last couple of seasons.

Ten Cate already has an off-paper agreement with Chelsea to be their 2nd man behind Grant; Jol rumored as succesor... I don't see Jol happening unless Spurs find a very viable replacement there.

Adriaanse is apparently out the picture.

We already hit the post (Johnny) and the crossbar (Urzaiz) too bad but at least it's a point, always better than a loss but it wasn't good, far from that but after the blow against Dinamo who would've exected otherwise

Hear hear, today he said that he's very dissapointed how the Ajaxboard behaved F OFF HtC it was YOU who negotiated with Chelsea last week when we faced Dinamo Zagreb bastard! He says that he wanted to stay on as our coach but I don't believe him. He wants Rijkaard and Huntelaar to join him there HELL NOOOOOOOO keep your hands of Klaas Jan untill next summer if the Ajaxboard agrees to that I will f*cking burn the Stadium down to the ground

Ajax is about to receive a big financial boost over the coming years.
As of july 2008 AEGON will be our new head (shirt) sponsor and this means an injection of 12 million Euro's per year!!
In 7 year we can get as much as 100 MILLION!! That's more than all the clubs combined in de Eredivisie. psv and Feyenothing can eat our dust where it concerns money for sponsorships.
Let's hope it will reflect on our games and with that money we can buy more good topplayers. Now Jaakke and Fontijn can piss off and my week has been made..

Strange to see Ajax no longer in ABN-AMRO Though

Stevan Jovetic from Partizan Belgrade wants to go to Ajax, he thinks it's the best gateway to topclubs abroad. Even though AZ wants him, Feyenothing wants him and foreign clubs his desire is to play for Ajax.
Partizan wants 15M for him and he seems to be a huge talent, but they don't want to sell him this season, only in the summer.
Let's see how this develops..

Clearly you haven't heard or read the news Cody, PSV will never make as much money as Ajax within the next 7 years...with all the bonuses and stuff we will make 100Million Euro's, let's see psv top that
And I'm sure we will play CL football in this period as well which means more millions. True feyenothing already ate our dust (time and time again)

Nice 1-0 victory over Utrecht today. First win for Adrie Koster. Klaas with the goal ofcourse.

Yes very important win, Koster did well to send Luque on cause he gave the decisive pass to Klaas-Jan and what a coldblooded goal that was
We played as a collective and fought hard for the points.
Ogararu was fantastic today, really strong and almost impossible to fool and Gentenaar was a rock in goal although he almost made one stupid mistake.
All in all 3 points well deserved

Actually I'm still in shock I can't believe this is happening and yes this is a tremendous blow for us guys. Good thing that van der Wiel is ready to take over but he is not nearly as good and experienced as Japie.
Japie thanks for everything you are unreplacable IMO, Edje for captain? Don't think so I think it will be Hunter since he replaces Japie when he's not our cap.
