Yeah I read about it today, I hope he stays for at least this season but I would understand it if he left for Chelsea or Arsenal.
Knowing Jan I think he will stay because he wants to become champions with Ajax at least once.

Fantastic win today against AC Milan with 2-0!
First game for Frank de Boer and a well deserved win, this spreads hope through the team and the fans!

de boer had a great start.. and his appearance in bench seems just fine.. I know it's too early but I think rijkaard should look for a job elsewhere, inter maybe..

Frank de Boer is a born coach, don't forget that he coached a lot of youthteams at Ajax so he knows what he's doing.
I think he stays coach after the winterbreak

Wow! Where did that came from? I still can't really believe it.

I mean, I know Milan probably didn't take the match too seriously but still how we're in one week not able to win at home to NEC and a few days later beat Milan at San Siro 2-0 after a new head coach and much trouble with a delayed flight is a complete mystery to me. Not to say I'm not proud. And of course what a start for Frank de Boer, hope he continues to be able to motivate the squad like he did yesterday. Particularly Eriksen was outstanding yesterday. Again, wow!

Sulejmani played an outstanding game as well IMO, pity that he had to dive that wasn't necessary now he has a yellow card :nape:
But same can be said for Suarez who is suspended for the next European game because he went to the ground as well :nape:
To think that Milan ended only 1 point ahead of us in the poule otherwise we could've stayed in the CL but I'm very happy we keep playing European football.
Proud to be an Ajacied once again

Btw, I only just got a chance to review my yellow card with a clear head. It's actually quite funny. Ridiculous, but funny.

He played for a big part of the second half and we managed to score another goal after he came on.

Exactly (Y)

Good weekend for us, Twente lost big time from Heerenveen and psv dropped points against de Graafschap (0-0).
We were able to win our game with 1-0 and the goal was scored by Eriksen!
He's getting better and better under the new coach.
He's a fantastic nr 10 behind our strikers although I'm not very happy with Siem de Jong as a striker, he's not a real killer up front.
This weekend we play against Feyenoord, I'm sure we will win it, question is with how many goals and Mounir will be back (thankgod).
Frank de Boer has a bit of puzzling to do when Suarez returns to the squad..

About time :D

It seems that Mounir El Hamdaoui has a conflict with Ajax, it has something to do with the switching of the coaches (surprise surprise). He called in sick last week and hasn't been training since.

To be continued..?

No not a word!
Not on any newsrelated Ajax website or otherwise :clapwap:

Tonight we play for the domestic cup against AZ Alkmaar, we have a score to settle with them so I'm counting on a win (Y)

Well he's a great goalkeeper, wouldn't mind to see him play in Amsterdam but we still have the best goalkeeper Stekelenburg and Vermeer is on his way back..you never know ;)

It's a sad day for Ajax today, Luis Suarez is gone :(
He's going to Liverpool, I think he can do much better but it's his choice so I hope he succeeds there.
He will be missed in Amsterdam, I for one will miss him :S
Adios Luis Vaya con Dios..

The Von Trapps
^ nicely said ...

this day was going to come at sooner or later ... just surprised the board accepted a €26m; I expected at least €30m ... shame he had to leave before lifting the league trophy ... at least he was able to lead Ajax in the Champions League ...
