man it's just like in fifa 15 data/fifarna/lua/assignments/players in that folder create lua file for player you add to game player_ID NUMBER OF THE PLAYER and in file assignPlayerFace(ID OF PLAYER) offcourse you need to have revolution mod instaled in fifa 16

There are threads dedicated to provide information on these kinds of things, video tutorials as well. So do a look up and find the information you need. People have taken time out of their lives to write up all those codes along with the installation and usage instructions. Respect them for their dedication.
