The first face is totally amazing ... only update the shape of the ears. The second though needs some updates - sharpen the texture a bit more, make lips bigger, nose wider, eyebrows wider, drag the sides of the eyes a bit to the sides and neck longer. With these updates I reckon it will be amazing too.
