1/ This is no excuse. I have a FIFA webpage for czech visitors (in czech language, but in english also) but I would never upload a patch stolen from another site. I know that some visitors don't understand english, so if I want to let them know about a new patch released e.g. at socceraccess, I describe them as detailed as possible how to find the patch and how to download it.
2/ why didn't you emailed the authors and asked them for permission?
3/ will you remove the stolen patches now, when you know that we don't want our patches to be at your website?

I sent e-mail messages to big sites about Fifa with ask for permission. I explained everything in that mail, so I hope you will agree this idea. I get an answer from Fifa Concacaf, and I'm still waiting fot other answers.

we, at SoccerAccess, did not recieved any email, and we dont care, so if you have SA's patches, take them out ASAP please!!!

The problem is that any site give their permition to them.

yes, the polish fifa sites may have written an email to the fifa sites who had their patches stolen, asking for permission, however you have NOT said anything about those sites replying..

do you think that emailing someone and not getting a reply counts as getting their permission?

so please, remove the patches that you did not get permission to put up on the site.

btw does Soccergaming have a FIFA Poland? because there seems to be a lot of polish visitors to the site.

Szyszka: no, noone goes around calling people stupid because they wont let you host their patches.

This topic went up 2 months ago and still after all the requests from these web sites to take off their downloads.. they are still there. WTF? 2 months. I don't understand that is a loooooooooong time.

that's not true, Reigon knows about this cuz me and Lukas and more people emailed him about this so he knows but doesn't want to know. :mad: :rolleyes: :mad:

I hope you're joking. Of course ALL PATCHES that are at fifaserwis (OR ANY OTHER WEBPAGE WORLDWIDE) released without a written permission from the author, MUST BE REMOVED FROM THAT SERVER. :mad:
