In Fifa 15, in order to assign animated adboards to all teams, we should add these two lines to install.ini file:
[]
ADBOARDS_DEBUG_TEAM=1
ADBOARDS_DEBUG_ALLOWALL=1

Now, what are the two tables in the new DB ? Can you explain better ? Thank you

the entries in the cl.ini (install.ini) are no longer necessary...
