Andy, hopefully this very frequent fifa 18 updates won't delay you very much.
Ofcourse the new update restarted again our projects. It's like the producers are doing that on purpose.
Anyway, in the past editions I remember there were 6-7 maximum updates, so.....

Another thing I would like to ask you to check out is whether it's possible to remove on-pitch ads (near goals - EA Sports), shitty ones. It looks terrible and it would be more than awesome to take them out the game. I sow them somwhere in Frosty, but can't find it anymore.

That's in the db, just edit the tables, takes but a few seconds. And you don't even need the Frosty editor, just edit the squads file.

I'm almost done with the germany patch, still troubleshooting and fine tuning...

And I was wondering, is it possible to assign a clasic kit from one team to another in order to give more kits to the second team?
In theory it should be possible, it's not adding a texture, it's replacing, no? In fact we should be able to assign any kit we want to any team we want according to this.

no, this is not possible...
the problem is the name of the graphic file

exemple:
jersey_21_0_1972 is the clasic kit from Bayern Munich, Bayern has the ID 21, which is available in the name of the graphic...
the game is always looking for the ID from the graphics, the ID 21 always belongs to Bayern Munich...

Ok, I got it, so if Bayern has one classic kit, we can only add one alternate for Bayern and so on...not more.

Andy, I'm struggling with stadium names.
How do we make real names show in game?
I'm changing them in db master teamstadiumlink.ini, but ingame it shows the default name of the stadiums.
And this frostbyte engine knows too much for it's own good...he knows exactly how many kits a team can have. I just tryed a trick to make it believe Hamburg has 5 kits, but it cannot be fooled so easily, it crashed the game for vengeance against me. It must be a workarround somewhere, i'll find it soon.

Stadiumassignments is empty....it must be manually iputed team id and stadiumcustomname?

adboardplacement probably. + I found a good option to switch replay 360 degree on in every competition. I wonder if it works corretly. Need to test this up.

There are two columns at the end of the table I set to 0, pitchgrapics and goalnetads. Oh and I set confetti to 0 as well, I hate seeing all that garbage on the pitch when I play lol.

Did you try to leave the ads behind the goal but remove the side ones? Or it's merged together and cannot be separate? The ones behind look good and I would like to keep them for every possible competition.

at the moment there is a problem with my patch...
my patch is based on the Fifa version before 24.11.2017, unfortunately it's not compatible with the current Fifa Version...
EA has changed something in the structure of Fifa, which is controlled by the fifa.exe....
I have to re-import everything so that you can play with the current Fifa Version, it will take some time...

the patch will be available for both Fifa versions, it's not a problem...
I have alredy changed my Fifa to the current version of Fifa 18, both tools work with it...
currently being tested...
but first there is the Big German Patch, for an old Fifa version and for the current...
