Another site brings shame to the Fifa comunity

After the incident with that brasilian (i think...) site signaled by Sweetpatch, I want to tell you abou another site that lives by stealing or copying from others. This is a romanian site, called FifaUnione (ex Fifaoldies, Fifaunderground). They released a pack of 32 UCL balls. the only problem is that they took the texture made by me from the Romanian League SuperPatch, modified the collors and changed the logos.

It took me about 30 second to modify the bmp I made (I have the psd but i wanted to modify it in the same way they did)

They even wrote in the install "don't use this files or don't sell them without asking us"

This site brings shame to Romania and puts the editing comunity here in a bad light. The admin of this site (reikko) started by posting some kits from sweetpatch (including the screenshots) with his name in the readme on his site.

I completely agree with the deprecable situation of many fifa "communities" (a big word for them) that substantially just copy and redistribute stuff from the work of the others. It's very sad too that doesn't exist any protection from this type of facts, just the respect for the ones who work and the shame for the stealers.

Stealing work, no matter how big or small....is just wrong. The FIFA community put their time, our time, my time into making FIFA a better and more enjoyable experience and when some goofy kid comes and decides to just take that hard work, well...I'm sure they'll come up with some clever excuse as always, but creating a website uploading stolen, changed files from the Soccer Gaming community?!?!?! That's just wrong. I know everyone here hates it.

So if you busted your ass making a realistic player face (and EVERYONE loved it!), but say you missed off an earring (which you could add yourself easily in a new version) and some guy comes and takes it, adds that feature, changes it around a little and puts his name on it, you wouldn't be pissed?!

What if they didn't even change it and just put their name on it and uploaded it to their website??

What if it was a teams stadium?!?!?!!!

hmmm, copyright or not...it's disrespectful to the time put into it! And anyone with sense won't download it when it's not even that persons work. Editing what has already been edited it just cheating and lazy. I never edit anything unless it's from the original files Installed by EA SPORTS. I respect everyone else’s efforts. Ideas sure, take ideas! But take a sandwich, not the whole f*cking picnic!!!

If people wanna make something, then put some effort into it!!!!!!! This is a FIFA-community, not a share-file forum or something. People that can't be bothered taking their time and making an effort can ask for help or a tutorial, DO IT THE WAY IT WAS ALL THOSE YEARS AGO!! Back when FIFA 2002 was released I never saw anything like this and if it was it was RARE! Now, every two or so weeks you see it happen. People are losing their respect for others.

I'm not shure if you ever edited anything, but FIFA editing isn't about owning or making money with the patches (from what i know EA alowes us to edit the files but doesn't alow us to sell them), it's just a hobby, a thing you do in your spare time, some people do it for their friends, some for the whole world. So I don't understand why some people steal patches or files from them. It's something free, let the author's name there, don't put yours. You don't get money for this, the girs don't love you if you make a ball or a kit. We only have moral rights for this files and i think the people that want to be a part of this comunity shoud respect this.

Reikko, those files are IDENTICAL, how cand you drak some lines in exactly the same places only from your visual memory? I don't care about FifaUnione, we have years of experience and I don't rembember how many RLSP versions, you don't have nothing. If you are that good, why did you have to modify our ball?

We finally got to a deal, and the author "Soimu de Argint" appologies to fifaro for the fights appeared because of him... and for involving others into this fight... He promises that this will never happen to steal again again, and promises some good patch's developed by his hand.

And in position of FIFA Unione administrator i appologies to fifaro for my team mate Soimu de Argint and because i dind't know if he was stealing of not...

HAHAHA now I get why Romania is on the bottom of Europe's IQ list sorry but I had to.
