Assign New Texture For GK Pants

Hello, Im on a try and error modding here, but i was just wondering how do i assign this texture that i've moded and replace the default texture for GK pants..any ideas?

This is the texture

Well i did.. but i cant save it back in the "data3.big" file from where the 5200.rx3 file is from....so yeah, because i cant save it, it doesnt show up in game..but thanks for you feedback mate :)
