Copy the Game folder from the archive in your FIFA 13 folder. Then open CM 13 and after you've selected the eng_us (or any other language file that you're using) db file choose Tools > Regenerate BH, and that's it. You can close CM 13 now and enter the game. You should see the new backgrounds now! :) As you can see from the previews, the patch has been tested on my PC before I've put it to download here.

Nope still can't get it to work pal. I do think it's a problem on my end. I've got moddingway V 1.8.4 and that runs fine. When I open up creation master and press Regenerate BH it says not responding after a while, then when it's done I go into my fifa and nothing has changed except my moddingway mod has gone :/

Maybe the MW addon changes the file list that needs to be regenerated and the ones provided by me aren't taken into account for regenerating. That could be the problem. Try checking them out manually using the FHL-BH Editor.
