its working for me...does filefront open in your region? go to filefront.com and see if the website opens,if it doesnt,use a proxy..

Dear Hobs Crk, I found many mistakes in your patch. Birmingham and Sunderland are in both leagues: Premier League and League Champ. With players such as F.Torres, Tuncay Sanli,... you create new players, so we have no called-name of them in the match. And you'll see a lot of free players, they ought to have been added into other teams

well,about the teams being in both leagues,i suppose this is the first time you've downloaded the patch,version 3 didnt contain the league structure update.and if i went to add all the free players into their correct teams,i might as well create a world patch itself,which,to be frank,i dont have the time to do.Thanks for pointing out the torres and sanli thing,i think they're leftovers from a previous patch i installed.i'll check it out.

i see many mistakes in your v3 patch.
before i patched mine [v2.1], the game was perfect.
after i patched it to v3, the teams in the Premier League doubled.

now my BPL is like
Arsenal
Aston Villa
Birmingham
Birmingham
Blackburn
Bolton
Burnley
Burnley
Chelsea
Everton
Fulham
Liverpool
Manchester City
Manchester United
Portsmouth
Sunderland
Tottenham
West Ham
Wolverhampton

and also hey, ball is white-blue now. lol.

Just run exe file, if it's there or extract all files to FIFA 07 main folder ( i haven't downloaded this patch because i do my own patches ) !

Dude i had recently updated my rosters, kits etc manually and everything was working fine until i added a Scoreboard update and it destroyed all of my hard work that i had put in.............anyways today i downloaded your patch and believe me i don't have words to THANK you man, its superb and everything that i had done for only the major teams has been done for all the teams., its simply awsome my friend and i know all i have to do is to make a few transfers now and update the kits which is very easy work.

Thanks my friend your patch was the biggest blessing i have had today!!! Hats off to you mate!!!!

I've downloaded the patch v3 at the start of this thread, expecting it to be a .cmp file.
It turned out to be 220 individual .fsh and .xml files.

Is this right and if so what do i do with them.

If not what has gone wrong?
