Well, but the DFL doesn't give **** about history you know? This titles are acknowledged by the DFB (German FA), but not by the DFL. ("German Football League). The DFL is responsible for the Bundesligas.

In other news, Behrami stated that he wants to join Bayern if Lazio get relegated.
I believe he would be the final piece of the puzzle, the versatile midfielder we need.

Let's start posting potential line-ups like they do in the Madrid thread all time :p

What to do with Makay and Pizarro? We need one class striker coming off the bench that means we could offload one of them. Makaay imo can't play together with Ruud but we wouldn't get much for him anymore. Pizarro on the other hand has more value due to his age. Hamburg and other clubs would pay 8-10 million which is good money.

Kahn has always been Bayern's captain. Ballack is only captain when Kahn doesn't play.

I remember very well..
When Kahn was not on field, Ballack was the captain.
- If Ballack wasn't there aswell, Salihamidzic was the captain (if Salihamdzic is in the field).
- If Ballack wasn't there, and if Salihamdiz wasn't there aswell, Willy Sagnol was captain.

So our vice captain is Sagnol, because you can expect him in field a lot more then Salihamidzic.

I just read an official interview from Behrami for a local newspaper here.
Behrami said that if the Italian FA decision remains the same (Lazio stays in Serie B), he's 100% FCB player.

I dont really think the Italian FA will change their verdicts.
I think Behrami is ours, haha.

Aswell, expect van Nistelrooy to sign with us in the upcoming days. :cool:
We'll give him the #9 jersey... :)

We should sell either Makaay or Pizarro.
I'd rather see Pizza still in the team though.
Makaay been out of form last season, while Pizarro was very good.

But I dont really see Makaay going. He just extended his contract.
Probably Pizza will leave us, anyway.

Im really sure 100% that Podolski and RVN will be our starting 11 strikers.
Makaay or Pizarro would be used just as substitutes.

Or van Buyten, he was mainly bought for his leadership qualities.

BAYERN MUNICH are ready to hijack Real Madrid's attempt to sign Ruud van Nistelrooy by offering £14.5million for the Manchester United striker.

United want £15m for van Nistelrooy but are understood to be willing to accept Bayern's I offer to ensure the quick sale of the out-of-favour Dutchman. After rejecting Real's original bid of £12m because of the performance-related clauses built into their proposed deal, United are keen to do a deal with Bayern.

The German champions have claimed van Nistelrooy wants to join them ahead of Real, while the striker's agent Rodger Linse said a move to Bayern was likely.

Linse said: "Bayern are certainly a very good opportunity and we are now keen to make a quick decision."
