Who would've thought Santa Crap would ever score more goals than Pizarro during a season and stay healthy at the same time?

Well chaps! I shall be visiting your staduim in February. It'll OBVIOUSLY be another Aberdeen win just like in 1983!

No thanks? I'd love to have him. He could play one of the attacking mid positions next to Ribery. Stick him up top or under the strikers and he's gold.

so, who's next after hitzfeld's second stint? van basten? lippi? mourinho? well, it turns the answer is actually a more familiar face:

Klinsmann to coach Bayern Munich from July 1

BERLIN, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Juergen Klinsmann will take over as coach of Bayern Munich from July 1, the Bundesliga club announced on Friday.

Klinsmann guided the German national team to third place at the 2006 World Cup before resigning immediately after the tournament. He has not held a coaching position since.

Bayern's current coach Ottmar Hitzfeld had already announced his decision to step down at the end of the season.

no one gave klinsmann a chance with the mannschaft at the world cup, and he succeeded in dramatic style, gaining the love of partizan millions at home ... but can beginner's luck -- ok, i'm being a bit harsh, but you know what i mean -- strike at the club level too?

Pandev plays in Lazio and he's a good player ok but not so good for Bayern:eek:

Don't understand, is it fake or real? Klinsi on the Bayern bench? For me all ok but I'm not so sure it's true.....(:/)

An inexperienced coach is exactly what this team needs. :|

Fecking hell, they had the chance to sign a big name coach and come up with Klinsmann.

i can understand kahn not being too chuffed about the appointment, but it seems that no one else here is optimistic either ... poldi and schweini must be happy though ...

look, all he needs to do is win like he used to as a player ... a European cup, a league title ... simple ... i mean, look at Rijkaard; with a bit of luck, any former player with calibre can do the job ...

but more seriously, i'd wait to see what he does with the squad before i pass judgment ...

The only one I would have wanted over Klinsmann is Mourinho. Doubt Mourinho would come so Klinsmann is a good choice if you ask me. He'll inspire these guys to play and can speak German as well as English.

More importantly, he's also fluent in Italian, French and Spanish and wants to learn Portuguese.

Rumors say he will make more than 8 million euros a year haha.

It can help with the foreign guys. English is the most common language and hopefully some of them learned it in school at some point. Just thought it might be helpful in the beginning days, which tend to be the most important anyways.
