remember Alexis under Tito until January (H)

Pep is crazy but he can do this in Bundesliga. Still remember when he started Tello in El Clasico and Cuenca vs Chelsea.

David Alaba is the player that impressed Xabi Alonso more since he is in Munchen. "Works for 3, he is an animal, can play as CB, LB and even in midfield because he is very skilled and reads the game very well too".

I have the exact same opinion of Xabi Alonso. Alaba is my favorite player, and I will occasionally describe him as "perfect" because every movement, every touch, every pass that he makes are always perfect. He is really just such an amazing player. He's the first Bayern jersey I've bought since Ballack.

I think Alaba is going to find himself in central midfield once Pep leaves. In all honesty, he's probably our best CM right now.

They have been trying out a different fullback every summer for what feels like forever, it could work for a while.

No one knows yet. Everyone thinks City. Personally, I think it'll be United. And that will piss off Mourinho so much.

Carlo isn't the manager that I would have hired, in all honesty, but it's impossible to argue with what he does. He plays a good style of football, and organizes the defense to win in Cups. He'll almost certainly be a success at Bayern. I just would have preferred an up-and-comer, but our Front Office have so fetishized winning the Champions League at this point that they didn't have many other options. I would have hired Cocu. Maybe next time.

I think Pep's heading to City. It's a much safer option than United at this point.

United is the more prestigious job though, and Pep's demeanor fits in more with United.

It's also hard to see the City squad adapting to Pep, but the Man U squad is very talented and flexible.

Oh and tits.
I think Carlo is absolutely perfect for the situation to go smooth after Pep's departure and you can look for a younger coach later on. Bayern are the best run club on the planet.

I'd feel better about Carlo if it was 2 years instead of 3.

Also, I know it's Bayern and it will never be like this, but I want a manager to be here for 10 years.
